Our 4-month program provides the tools you’ll need to scale quickly. You will receive expert mentoring, weekly workshops, a state-of-the art workspace and become part of a community of entrepreneurs sharing the journey with you.

Introductions into the startup ecosystem and founders that know what it’s like to build and scale businesses.

Professional Office

Our co-working space offers meeting and conference rooms, comfy common areas and a fully outfitted kitchen, office amenities (including high-speed internet and printers), ample parking, and convenient access to public transit.

Events and Engagement

Take part in events, activities and receptions hosted onsite and throughout the local startup community.

What Companies Do We Work With?

CAJC accepts retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services businesses based in the City of San Diego. We emphasize businesses run by diverse and low to moderate income (LMI) founders that are structured to grow into companies that need local employees. If you want rapid growth and to create local jobs, we encourage you to take the next step and join an information session to see what we are all about.

Launched with an existing product or service that is currently operating and has some measurable traction (sales, customer, pilots, users, etc).
