Centrally located in Southeastern San Diego off the Martin Luther King Freeway (Highway 94), CONNECT ALL @ the Jacobs Center is housed in the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation, adjacent to Market Creek Plaza. The Euclid Transit Station is conveniently located in Market Creek Plaza, providing service from multiple MTS bus lines and the Orange Line of the San Diego Trolley.

The CONNECT ALL @ the Jacobs Center Accelerator and Resource Center is at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation (JCNI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to “foster a thriving community envisioned and realized by its residents.” Our work is based on the philosophy that residents must envision, drive, and own change in their community to make it meaningful and sustainable. JCNI believes that investment in diverse businesses is critical to realizing the economic potential of communities.
